FreshDesk will only accept logins from Google accounts.


NOTE: You do not need a Gmail address; you only need a Google account.  If you do not have a Gmail address, see this FAQ item for information about how to sign up for a Google account with your existing email address.


1. Once you have a Google account, click the "Login" link in the top right:




2. Then click on the "Google" button to login with your Google account:




3. Follow the Google instructions, and then you'll end up back at the FreshDesk site, logged in with your Google account.
